There is no way that I can catch everything; tracking forms provide a useful but imperfect look at discussions. If, however, I missed something that you contributed and that you believe “really matters” (e.g., you set a goal of asking a question but I did not record it), indicate in your evaluation that you are proud because you asked a question even though it is not on the form. I will make the adjustment on my copy.
